"Ordered some contact lenses but unfortunately..."
Ordered some contact lenses but unfortunately, it was more about DPD messing up than anything else. They didn’t stick to the delivery instructions, and the package ended up getting damaged. I shot off an email explaining the situation, and I got a refund super fast and without any hassle. I’ll surely be back for more shopping in the future; the service was really good!
